I whipped up these tasty and healthy apple sandwiches one sunday afternoon and the kidlets totally loved them! These are cored apples sliced into rings and smeared with peanut butter, sprinkled with granola or chocolate chips then topped with remaining apple slices. They’re absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare! My nieces are picky eaters and would eat the same food again and again but they get more enthusiastic about eating healthy food If prepared in a fun way. I’d definitely make them again but would slice the apples thinner since my nieces had a hard time biting into them.

Instead of chocolate chips, you can substitute raisins, dried fruits or whatever you desire.
