I cooked this dish last Sunday. Here’s the recipe.
1 cup rice
1 cup glutinuos rice
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
bell pepper, sliced
2 bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of water
Wash the rice and set aside
Sautee garlic and onion. Cook until onion caramelizes.
Add the rice and pour in water
Add bouillon cubes and squid ink
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
If it’s getting too dry, add more water. Arrange seafood and veggies on top.
Cook until done.
