You can eat as much vegetables as you want. There is no limit on the amount or type. Your day should start with a large baked potato with a pat of butter. This is taken for energy and balance. I bought the mini potatoes, boiled until tender then mashed with fork and baked. I just seasoned with pepper and 1 pat of butter. I also had some vegetable salad with lemon dressing, mixed veggies, sauteed gourd with carrots.
