In day one, all fruits can be eaten except bananas. You must drink 10 glasses of water each day and try to avoid alcohol. I only ate melons today because they say chances of losing 3 lbs on first day is very good if you limit fruit consumption to melons. I consumed 1 1/2 of melons today. I feel 3 lbs lighter! lol! Or am I just dreaming? hehehe!
